Last week I visited the unit and was happy to see my friend Dan. I met Dan at the Ferncliff HD Unit in Rhinebeck, but Dan recently moved to the Cooke Center to be closer to his family. Everyone was concerned with how Dan would acclimate in his new home.

Well, these pictures tell the story. Dan quickly told me - with his speech pad - that we should go see Orville, his new friend. Orville (age 29) shared one of his caps with Dan for the picture.

What a blessing. I hope you are all blessed with such a friendship.

In Memoriam

Danny Noble (on right) passed away January 27th at his home at the TCC HD Unit. Dan was a good friend to many at the Unit. His smile was contagious and his hugs were special. Rock 'n Roll was sure to be playing in the dayroom if Danny was there!

Danny enjoyed the frequent visits from his loving family. They lit up the room with laughter and caring.

Stacey Foss passed away on December 4th 2020. Stacey found peace and a loving home at the TCC Unit.

A fun-loving California Girl, Stacey enjoyed her weekly skype calls with her mother, and the events that Eileen Fogarty hosted.
