GIVING TREE SPONSORSHIPS

Corporate or Matching Gifts: If your company has a matching gifts program, you may be able to increase the value of your donation.  The recipient entity is “Catholic Healthcare Foundation, New York, NY” and if you have opportunity to indicate where the funds will be directed, include “The Mary & Jim White HD Unit. 

HD is constantly causing motion and spasms through the body.  These therapies provide relief and a personal touch to calm and soothe our residents, body and soul. We hire therapists who have been working with our residents and have built a knowledge and intimacy with the residents and with the disease.            

A bus trip for residents who are able to travel. Past trips include Mets game, Circle Line and Bronx Zoo. 

You can be Santa Claus! Brighten the holidays for our residents with gifts selected especially for them. We’ll do the shopping! 

Our staff is amazing! They know our residents well, and help make them feel at home in the unit.  Especially during this year of COVID, they have been true heroes.  You can help us thank them in a special way this year. 

Our residents have greatly missed the monthly theme parties that Eileen Fogarty and team put together.  Parties include a music act, decorations, prizes, costumes -whatever it takes!  Sponsor a party and we'll be sure to invite you, so you can share in the fun.
